A six-part webinar series taking place in January aims to provide ideas and education to help rural Coloradans improve their economic outlook in 2018 and beyond. The Rural Development Learning Series will connect Colorado communities with rural economic development experts, increasing knowledge of best practices and inspiring solutions. Co-presented by the Colorado Nonprofit Development Center, The Colorado Trust and several of the trust's Community Partnerships resident teams, the free, 90-minute webinars began Jan. 8 and run every few days until Jan. 18.
Advance registration at www.coloradotrust.org/rural-webinars is required for each event, and space is limited. The live webinars will be held in English, and all of the presentations will be recorded and later available on demand at this website in both English and Spanish. Resident teams that helped produce the series include community members from the towns of Antonito, Avondale, Dove Creek, Olathe, Saguache and San Luis. For more information about the webinar series, contact Tera Wick of The Colorado Trust at (970) 901-1046 or firstname.lastname@example.org.
