The First Baptist Church of Cedaredge (370 West Main Street) is offering a free Vacation Bible School to be held June 5 - 9.

This program is for children ages 4 through entering 6th grade and runs from 8:45 a.m. to noon.

Richard Weldon, president of the Arts Coalition of Delta County, announces a fundraising concert to be held at the Delta Center for Performing Arts, 822 Grand Avenue, Saturday, June 3, starting at 7:30 p.m.

A wine, beer and food tasting event with live entertainment, sponsored by the Delta County Memorial Hospital Foundation as a fundraiser for the new West Elk Clinic, under construction in Hotchkiss, is set for Saturday, June 10, from 2 to 6 p.m. at Heritage Hall, Delta County Fairgrounds in Hotchkiss.

'Taming Wild' film, workshop scheduled

A free Memorial Day-theme lunch for seniors, age 60 and over, will be served at the Delta Senior Center, 247 Meeker Street, at noon on Tuesday, May 30. This meal is being sponsored by the Delta Elks Lodge #1235 through a grant from the Grand Lodge.
