Colorado Parks and Wildlife is developing new management plans for big game in the North Fork and Gunnison areas and invites hunters and the general public to provide comments through online surveys.
CPW is working on herd management plans for deer and elk in Game Management Units 53 and 63. Comments can be made at: https://www.research.net/r/53and63. On Friday, Feb. 10, Stephen Felix, a 52-year-old male from Olathe, was brought to Montrose Memorial Hospital by the Olathe Ambulance in an unconscious state. Radiologic examination revealed traumatic injuries and an acute subarachnoid hemorrhage over his brain.
