A traffic accident in Olathe Tuesday, July 3, has claimed a second life. The Colorado State Patrol reports that Walter Giron, 61, died Monday, July 9, of injuries he sustained in that crash.
Reese Wagner, 50, of Cedaredge was cited for failure to yield right of way after a three-vehicle collision at the intersection of Highway 65 and 92. The accident was reported at 4:44 p.m. Thursday, July 5.
James George, 69, of Crawford was cited for careless driving after striking two cows that were part of a cattle drive. The incident occurred the morning of June 14, on Highway 92 near the Desperado.
