Donna Cok finished her MBA in health care administration with a 3.62 GPA. Her passion for children and teaching have inspired her to return as a director in clinical education at one of the top leading children's hospitals in the country.
"Working amongst the best pediatric physicians at Nationwide Children's in Columbus has inspired me to share my wealth of knowledge," she said.
Cok is a clinical evaluator for Independence University for the Western Slope of Colorado. She lived in Cedaredge for many years and was an employee of Delta County Memorial Hospital. Her daughter still lives in Delta.
Thanks to the efforts of state Rep. Millie Hamner, House District 61, Colorado State University plans to re-open the Rogers Mesa research site.
The facility was taken out of operation in 2011, due to budget cuts throughout the CSU system.
