Not every coach beams with pride after his wrestler loses a big match, but on Saturday night, as the 82nd annual wrestling tournament was winding down, Hotchkiss head coach Richard Flores had nothing but praise for his wrestlers. And none made him more proud than senior 195-pounder Devin Curtis.

Conductor celebrates 25 years with the Valley Symphony Orchestra

Delta County horse women earn awards

Several members of the Women's Surface Creek Saddle Club traveled recently to Albuquerque, New Mexico, to collect their 2017 year-end awards from the North American Trail Ride Conference (NATRC).

These amazing equestrian women, accompanied by their wonderful husbands and horses, traveled throughout Colorado and New Mexico to compete in eight different NATRC-sanctioned Competitive Trail Rides (CTR) from April through September 2017.
